In this sermon, one of our church elders, Kym Steele, reminded us nobody comes to church hoping, praying, longing for someone to sing something or preach something that would strip all our hope away. We come to church for the opposite: seeking hope, encouragement, desiring to be motivated to greater things in the Lord. There is a secret to allowing us to have hope and Paul reveals it to us in the verses of Corinthians.
Part two of the "Travel Light" series was delivered by Kym Steele. When the weight of the world is on your shoulders, it can feel like you’re going nowhere in a hurry. Shake off the burdens of stress, worry, and regret and find the freedom that comes when you Travel Light. You can’t control what people do, but you can control how you respond. The Bible was read by Ruth Waters.
The spiritual gifts include and are based on love; we can change our mind by loving.
